Hey, I’m Celena. I’m a graduate student and therapist intern currently working toward full licensure, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel genuinely heard, seen, and accepted. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative journey-one where we explore your experiences together, at your pace, and with compassion. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your unique story, and support your healing and growth with care and curiosity.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me out in nature-hiking or relaxing by a creek. I also love reading and learning new crafts; right now, I’m enjoying crocheting. These hobbies help me stay grounded and practice self-care which are values I emphasize and encourage in my work with clients.

Celena’s Approach

Although I am still improving my therapeutic style, my approach is rooted in empathy and warmth, with a focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and grow into a more empowered and authentic version of yourself.

I’m here to work alongside you, and that sometimes means offering gentle challenges and supporting you in staying accountable to the goals you’ve set for yourself.
