Gender Affirming Care & LGBTQIA+ Therapy
Therapy for LGBTQIA+ Individuals | Virtual and In-Person in Collegeville, PA
A therapy space where you don’t have to explain your pronouns, your identity, your orientation, or your family.
Your identity isn't the issue. The stress, stigma, and systems around it might be. Whether you're navigating gender exploration, coming out, processing the weight of living in a world that doesn't always see you, or seeking support through your transition journey, coeo offers affirming, compassionate care for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Your nervous system deserves safety.
Living as an LGBTQIA+ person in a heteronormative, cisnormative world takes a toll. The constant need to explain yourself, navigate discrimination, manage dysphoria, come out over and over again, or justify your existence... it all adds up. And sometimes, even well-meaning spaces ask you to educate, perform, or prove your authenticity.
Not here.
At coeo, we understand that your gender identity and sexual orientation are just parts of who you are. You might be dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, family dynamics, or simply trying to figure out what feels right for you. We're here to support the whole of your experience, not just the parts related to being LGBTQIA+.

Our Approach to LGBTQIA+ Therapy
We support our LGBTQIA+ clients through identity exploration, coming out processes, processing challenges, relationships, self-discovery, and the emotional aspects of living authentically. For our trans and gender-expansive clients, this includes thoughtful pre- and post-transition support.
You Are Already Enough
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone else or proving you’re “queer enough” or “trans enough.” It’s about creating space to explore who you are, process what you’ve been through, and build a life that feels authentic to you. You are already enough. Therapy can help you feel that too.
What We Can Help With
Identity Exploration
Figuring out who you are and what feels right, without pressure or timelines
Coming Out
Navigating when, how, and whether to come out in different areas of your life
Transition Support
For trans and gender-expansive clients: navigating medical, social, or legal transitions with emotional care before, during, and after
Dysphoria and Body Image
Processing the complex relationship with your body and finding ways to cope
Relationship Dynamics
Dating, intimacy, navigating queer relationships, or being in relationships with people who may not fully understand your experience
Family of Origin
Working through acceptance, rejection, coming out, or navigating relationships with family members
Discrimination and Minority Stress
Processing the impact of living in systems that weren’t built for you
Intersecting Identities
Honoring the fullness of who you are: race, disability, neurodivergence, religion, and more
Internalized Homophobia or Transphobia
Unpacking messages you’ve absorbed and finding your way back to self-acceptance
Life Beyond Identity
Because you’re not just your sexual orientation or gender identity. You’re a whole person with dreams, struggles, relationships, and a life to live
What Our Therapists Want You To Know

Ren (they/them)
Get comfortable and be yourself. Kick off your shoes, grab a fidget toy, move around, whatever helps you show up fully is welcome here. This space is yours to inhabit however feels right.
We'll look at the bigger picture together. Your struggles don't exist in a vacuum. When it's helpful, we'll explore how larger systems (family, political structures, capitalism, and more) shape your experience and impact your wellbeing.
Your body and emotions are part of the process. I work with emotion-focused and somatic approaches, meaning we'll pay attention to what you're feeling in your body and heart, not just what you're thinking.
You can trust yourself here. This is a space where you're affirmed exactly as you are. My goal is to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom as you navigate your healing journey together.

Celena (she/her)
Come as you are, no prep required. My approach is warm, authentic, and person-centered. I'm not looking for you to have the "right" words or a polished version of yourself. This is a nonjudgmental space where you're seen, heard, and empowered to explore at whatever pace feels manageable.
Trust is where the real work begins. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation. When you feel safe, consistent, and truly understood, that's when healing becomes possible. The insights and changes emerge naturally from that connection, not the other way around.
Your needs shape how we work together. Some days we'll explore and reflect, other days we'll focus on skills or process something difficult. I'm flexible because every person brings their own identity, history, and strengths. We'll collaborate to find what actually serves you.
You already have what you need inside you. I'm not here to fix you or push you toward anything before you're ready. My role is to offer tools, ask questions, and help you build the confidence to trust yourself. You're the expert on your own life.

Lavi (he/him)
I won't rush you. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that meaningful therapy happens when you feel genuinely seen and understood. I'll meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels right for you, not one imposed by some arbitrary timeline.
I'm energized by complexity. I'm drawn to working with clients navigating high-conflict dynamics, emotional intensity, and deep relational disconnection. I bring empathy and authenticity to help you understand yourself.
Insight is what creates lasting change. Therapy with me isn't about quick fixes or advice-giving. I'm interested in helping you understand the patterns and dynamics shaping your experience so you're equipped to navigate whatever comes next, not just the immediate crisis.
Curiosity matters more than having answers. I work best with people willing to slow down and get curious about themselves, even when it's uncomfortable. I stay mindful of my own biases and perspectives so the focus remains on your goals and what matters most to you.
