I know how exhausting it can be to live with constant anxiety, worry, or harsh self-judgment. You might spend hours caught in your thoughts – replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or imagining everything that could go wrong. You might also find yourself avoiding things that matter, feeling disconnected from the people and activities you care about, or struggling to navigate life’s changes and challenges.
Hi! I’m Nadia, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I work with adults who find that anxiety, self-criticism, or other difficult thoughts and emotions get in the way of their relationships, work, and overall well-being.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to explore what matters to you and practice tools to handle difficult thoughts and feelings, so they don’t get in the way of what’s important. Together, we take steady steps toward a more meaningful and balanced life.
